The auxiliary software PlotCepel enables the graphical visualization of results generated by Cepel’s network analysis programs.
Results of the following software programs can be visualized through PlotCepel:
• PacDyn (Analysis and Control of Electromechanical Oscillations in Power Systems): poles; zeros; time response; Nyquist and Bode diagrams; root locus; mode-shapes; participation factors; residues; reduced order models etc;
• ANATEM (Electromechanical Transient Analysis) time response and R-X diagrams of synchronism loss relays;
• HarmZs (Electrical Network Harmonic Studies and Modal Analysis): time and frequency response;
• ANAREDE (Network Analysis Program): PV curves and synchronous generator capability curves.
Among the main users of PlotCepel are: public sector entities, such as the Electric System National Operator (ONS) and the Energy Research Company (EPE); the Eletrobras companies; generation, transmission and distribution agents; big industrial consumers; independent producers and universities (student versions).
